All our Beach Houses are free standing buildings with parking on the ground floor, living on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Off the living area are double sliding doors leading out to an elevated balcony. All the rooms have opening windows. All Beach Houses also have a balcony off the living area. The Hastings is a unique property allowing you to park right under your beach house with plenty of room for storage of bikes, boards and kayaks.

Our Superior Beach Houses with Extra Space have an additional room downstairs on ground level with a sofa bed and in some instances extra bathroom. Parking is still next to or under the Beach House however instead of walking up stairs to the entry door entry is at ground level. Some of these Beach Houses have an additional bathroom (making a total of 3 bathrooms), all have full laundry facilities. These Beach Houses are all renovated offering stylish kitchens, bathrooms and superior furnishings. Our Superior Beach Houses with extra space are a firm favourite with families and friends, having the extra bed downstairs allows for one more person as well as creating another space to relax in.
