All our Beach Houses are free standing buildings with parking on the ground floor, living on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Off the living area are double sliding doors leading out to an elevated balcony. All the rooms have opening windows. All Beach Houses also have a balcony off the living area. The Hastings is a unique property allowing you to park right under your beach house with plenty of room for storage of bikes, boards and kayaks.

Our Budget Beach Houses all have two bedrooms with a 2 way bathroom. At certain times of year we have an opportunity to select the one bedroom option for two people. You then pay a reduced tariff for use of one of the two bedrooms. These Beach Houses are clean and comfortable, they have full kitchens, a spacious living area, separate laundry with washer and dryer and are air conditioned. A budget Beach House is one which has not undergone renovation and offers an older style of furnishing. This does not mean these Beach Houses are falling down, all maintenance is kept up to date, the beds are comfortable and we offer a superior quality of linen throughout the property.
